ROYAL MEMBERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Joining Date

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Paris Runway Official, a fashion media and public relations firm (“Agency”), and [Member Name], (“Member”), in connection with a Royal Membership, made possible by a brand Sponsorship covering the cost of the membership. This Agreement outlines all terms, deliverables, and expectations.

1. ROYAL MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS

The Royal Membership includes the following services for a 12-month period:

  • Dedicated PR & Talent Manager to send you castings and opportunities such as runway shows, special runway shows where editors will be present such as Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Grazia, Glamour, etc. as well as any other fashion related opportunities.
  • Direct liaison sending you castings, magazine placement opportunities, strategies and more.
  • Global Casting Access
    Guaranteed casting consideration for major fashion weeks and exclusive shows globally (including but not limited to New York, Paris, Milan, London, Miami, Rome, Ibiza and more).
  • Press & Media Features
    Includes editorial features written by Paris Runway Official with an initial article going out introducing you to designers, producers and more. Our website reaches over 80,000 clicks per month with our Instagram reaching over 3.6 million views monthly (40+ million views annually)
  • Runway Invitations
    VIP access to 75+ runway shows annually, produced or covered by Paris Runway Official, featuring 400+ global designers.
  • Brand & Designer Partnerships
    First-look access to brand campaigns, ambassador roles, collaborations, and free product opportunities with selected partners.
  • Social Media Promotion
    Dedicated promotion via Paris Runway Official’s platforms and syndicate accounts
  • Content Creation & Campaign Submission
    Agency-created professional content

2. FEES & SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

The Sponsorship covers all the following (the model or content creator is not responsible for this fee but this fee is covered by the sponsor):

  • One-Time Setup Fee: $4,000 (paid directly by sponsor on behalf of the Member).

NO OTHER FEES are required from the Member for the duration of this 12-month term. No recurring monthly or annual payments will be requested. If the member wants to take advantage of special opportunities or additional press and runway coverage, Paris Runway does offer special runway shows and editorials that are dedicated to fast tracking models and content creators that are covered by the top editors in the world such as ELLE Magazine, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar and more. Only during these rare opportunities will the member (if approved) have to pay a fee to participate in these rare and special shows. However, spots are very limited for this and the member would need to seek approval to participate in these rare opportunities.

Please keep in mind a 1 page placement in Harper's Bazaar this year is approximately $220,000 USD. We have had several of our models featured in these publications through our special editor shows that we will present to you and where you can avoid these high placement cost with this program. The $220,000+ fee would be waived you and you would simply pay an editors fee if you wish to participate.

3. SHOW PARTICIPATION DETAILS

  • Access to 75+ Runway Shows Annually
    Including but not limited to NYFW, PFW, Milan Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, Ibiza Swim Week, London Fashion Week, and other international showcases.
  • Exposure to 400+ Global Designers
    Includes participation in casting calls, presentations, and designer-led opportunities facilitated by Paris Runway Official.
  • Access to the Paris Runway Resources such as casting information, email addresses and links to Runway Shows globally.

4. FINAL SPOT & 24-HOUR DECISION WINDOW

Due to limited sponsored placements, this agreement represents the final Royal Membership spot available under the current sponsorship initiative.

  • The Member has a 24-hour decision window from receipt of this contract to confirm participation. After this period, the spot will be released and offered to another candidate without obligation.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement is valid for 12 months from the Effective Date. Early termination by the Member will result in forfeiture of access to all outlined benefits. The Sponsorship is non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed.

6. CONFIRMATION

By joining, both parties confirm understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Usage Rights (photo & video): Both parties in this agreement may use the content that is created by Paris Runway and the member on their platforms, marketing materials, portfolios, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the runway shoot, campaign or shoot. However, member must always credit @parisrunwayofficial and its team members when using our content such as photos and videos.
