Agreement

The agency, known as Fashion PR Firm, will work with Influencer on projected and individual projects.

The Fashion PR Firm will bring collaborations to INFLUENCER.

The Fashion PR Firm will bring opportunities to attend fashion week to INFLUENCER.

The Fashion PR Firm will report and do press on INFLUENCER.

The Fashion PR Firm will provide management support to INFLUENCER that aligns with their goals.

The Fashion PR Firm will provide INFLUENCER with access to their support group (23.9k members).

The Fashion PR Firm will make INFLUENCER aware of casting calls or any other projects they may be interested in.

The Fashion PR Firm is allowing such INFLUENCER into agency as INFLUENCER is being sponsored by a client of The Fashion PR Firm.

The INFLUENCER will not pay any recurring fees.

The INFLUENCER will not pay entrance fees.

The INFLUENCER will not pay percentage fees if they land a collaboration.

INFLUENCER is only responsible for 1 time set up fee (required even if sponsored by anyone entering the agency).

Access to agency is good for a term of 60 months (5 years) and can be renewed by INFLUENCER then.

INFLUENCER will gain access to agency resources such as getting to know its designers and clients, gaining access to their email list such as designer press contacts and shows reservations list, etc.
