Weronika Majer: Newly Signed Irish Model Embraces the Runway with Heart, Art, and Bold Intention

Dublin, Ireland – July 2025 - At just 20 years old, Weronika Majer known to many as “Ronnie” is bringing fierce creativity, resilience, and authenticity to the modeling world. Now officially signed and setting her sights on international Fashion Weeks, Ronnie’s journey is about more than just walking runways it's about rewriting the narrative of where a model can come from and what she can stand for.

“I’ve always had a huge interest in art and expression,” Ronnie shares. “As a child, I would spend hours drawing in Top Model colouring books. That’s where it all began... my fascination with fashion, identity, and visual storytelling.”

Paris Runway Official gives models the opportunity to be sponsored into their agency. Which means that a brand, a runway show or production company has interest in working with the model and that model has a great chance of not only walking the runway, but getting press and news for their success. The program which was set up in 2024 after the firms clients wanted models who could make the press and newsrooms has been a success with over half of their models walking on the runway in the first few months of joining, as well as getting press in online publications.

Ronnie, who was selected by the agency to be sponsored had a few different runway shows and brands interested in her... with Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. all at the forefront. "These brands are great USA brands that models from overseas can model and wear their clothing" says the Firm. "What we hope to do is bring exposure to brands that our firm loves, that dominate the runway and that bring confidence to our models".

From Foster Care to Fashion’s Frontier

Originally born in Poland and raised in Ireland, Weronika’s early life was marked by profound change. After being separated from her family at a young age, she entered the foster care system, living in various homes across the country before settling in Longford. Despite the instability, Ronnie found refuge in creativity.

“Art saved me,” she says. “There were times I didn’t feel seen or heard, but when I did makeup or painted or styled outfits, I felt like I had a voice again.”

This sense of self-expression became her armor and her outlet. Bullied during school and struggling with anxiety, Ronnie used makeup and fashion as a form of empowerment. “As I started to regain my confidence, I stopped hiding. Instead, I began dressing how I wanted, creating bold looks, and sharing my truth online.”

Newly Signed & Ready for the Runway

Now officially signed with a modeling agency, Ronnie is ready to bring her artistic soul to the global fashion stage. Her goals are clear:
Walk the runway at Fashion Week
Collaborate with designers
Grow her online presence
Inspire others through art and authenticity

“I want to connect with other creatives, land casting opportunities, and be part of something larger.... part of the worldwide fashion community.”

More Than a Model: A Message of Strength

Ronnie isn’t just here to pose. She’s here to represent for the girls who feel voiceless, for the foster youth who rarely see themselves reflected, and for the artists who live loud through their work.

“My desire in life is to open my heart to the world and to share the hardships I’ve faced, especially in the foster care system. I want little girls to see me and know they can be anything they want to be, no matter where they come from.”

Creativity as Purpose

Currently preparing to begin a Business Management course, and having studied Professional Floristry, Ronnie embodies the belief that purpose is not singular, but layered and evolving.

“People get stuck thinking their purpose is one thing. But life is about growth. If one door closes, another will open but only if you're brave enough to step through.”

Follow Ronnie’s Journey

As she continues her rise in fashion and advocacy, Weronika is building more than a career but she’s building a movement rooted in artistry, courage, and connection.
