The New Language of Luxury: Five Designers Will Take the Runway Against the Eiffel Tower in Paris on October 3rd

On October 3, Paris Fashion Week becomes the meeting point for five designers whose collections span South Asian heritage, African royalty, European couture and deeply personal stories of womanhood... all presented against the Eiffel Tower.

Paris has never belonged to just one interpretation of fashion.

That may be exactly why the city remains such an important destination for designers from around the world. Every season, Paris becomes a place where cultures, identities and creative languages collide and on October 3 at 12 PM, that idea will take particularly literal form at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel.

Five designers will arrive with five Spring/Summer 2027 collections and remarkably different stories to tell: Scarlett's Boutique, Randhawa Brands, TáWA, Andreea Cormier-Wacker Couture and Marca MICHELLE.

With the Eiffel Tower rising behind the presentation and editors and media representing Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Paris Runway Official and more expected in attendance, the runway will put emerging international design at the center of the Paris Fashion Week conversation.

And while the collections couldn't be more different, there is a thread connecting them.

Women and the many ways femininity can be expressed.

Five Interpretations of the Modern Woman

For Scarlett's Boutique, founder Samanta Valydon turns inward.

Her SS27 collection, HER, transforms experiences of love, loss, remembrance and strength into color. Princess-inspired evening gowns move through soft tones before transitioning into blue, white, scarlet and ultimately black, with each shade representing another emotional chapter.

It is fashion designed to be discovered slowly, reflecting the brand's belief that true luxury is found in the details.

For Amna Inam, fashion becomes a bridge between worlds.

Through Randhawa Brands and L’Essence de Paris: The Parisian Legacy, Inam brings Pakistani and South Asian influences into conversation with contemporary Western elegance. Rather than choosing between heritage and modernity, the collection allows both to coexist.

It is cultural identity carried forward rather than left behind.

Then comes The Golden Kingdom.

Founder Tawa Atanda's TáWA looks toward African queens, noble women and ancient kingdoms for a collection rooted in royalty, power and transformation. Sculptural silhouettes and rich textures meet black, fiery orange, red and gold, translating African heritage into a contemporary luxury language intended for an international stage.

If TáWA's woman commands the room, Andreea Cormier-Wacker Couture wants hers to move through it.

Cormier-Wacker's Beyond Elegance draws upon the designer's work within pageantry and couture, where a gown must do more than photograph beautifully... it must come alive in motion.

For the designer, the runway is a stage and the relationship between woman and dress is almost a dance. Movement, music, emotion and garment become part of the same performance.

Finally, Mihaela Bărburaș brings Marca MICHELLE to Paris with Passion and perhaps the most concise description of the woman she dresses:

“MICHELLE is more than fashion. It is femininity transformed into attitude.”

An All Women Lineup Overlooking the Eiffel Tower

Together, these collections offer a reminder that contemporary fashion no longer comes from one place, one aesthetic or one definition of luxury.

One designer looks toward South Asia. Another toward African royalty. Another turns personal emotion into color. Another explores the theatricality of couture, while another considers femininity through attitude.

And on October 3, all five stories will meet in Paris.

That may ultimately be the most compelling part of the show.

Against one of fashion's most iconic skylines, the runway won't ask these designers to leave their individual identities behind in order to belong in Paris.

Their identities are precisely what they are bringing to it.

Five designers. Five perspectives. Five different definitions of the woman they want to dress.

One Paris runway and a view of fashion that stretches far beyond France.
