PARIS, FRANCE - October 5, 2025

A Tribute to Colombia and the Power of Women
Inspired by the lush landscapes and magnetic spirit of his homeland, Hollender’s Tropical Bloom collection pays homage to Colombia’s natural richness and the strength of its women. Each piece transforms elements of the animal, vegetal, and mineral worlds into wearable art.... a poetic dialogue between nature and femininity.
“My aim with Tropical Bloom is to translate the magic of my hometown, Medellín, and the majestic spirit of Colombia into fashion,” Hollender shared. “From the influence of orchid bulbs on my silhouettes to the iridescent black plumage of vultures inspiring my shimmering details, this collection celebrates the resilience and beauty of women.”

The Craft Behind the Collection
Every look embodies meticulous artistry:
Custom Textiles: Power-mesh printed with Colombia’s national flower, the Cattleya orchid, sculpts the female form.
Feather Techniques: Individually placed feathers form intricate trims that move like brushstrokes in motion.
Embellishment: Beaded orchids, embossed leaf motifs, and hand-worked denim elevated through a refined wash process reveal Hollender’s technical mastery.
Color Palette: Lilac and magenta orchids meet emerald greens, gilded accents of El Dorado, and soft mint and black tones drawn from Colombia’s wild landscape.
Silhouettes: Flowing, organic shapes intertwine with structured tailoring — symbolizing both grace and strength.
