Paris Runway Official Teams Up with Film Director Brian Metcalf for Exclusive Porsche Editorial with Actors & Models in Los Angeles

Hollywood has long been a place where stories are brought to life. Fashion, too, is rooted in storytelling using silhouettes, movement, and craftsmanship to communicate emotion without words. When these two creative worlds intersect, the result is something far greater than a photoshoot. It becomes cinematic.

That vision came to life in Los Angeles as Paris Runway Official joined forces with acclaimed film director Brian Metcalf for an exclusive editorial at Porsche Downtown Los Angeles, bringing together actors, international models, luxury fashion designers, and one of the world's most iconic automotive brands.

The editorial celebrated the natural relationship between film, fashion, and performance... three industries built on creativity, craftsmanship, and the ability to inspire audiences through visual storytelling.

At the center of the production was Porsche Downtown LA, a destination that has transformed the traditional luxury dealership into an immersive brand experience. Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the showroom reflects Porsche's commitment to innovation, precision engineering, and timeless design, making it an ideal backdrop for an editorial where luxury extended beyond fashion.

From the unmistakable silhouette of the legendary 911 to the cutting-edge all-electric Taycan, every vehicle represented Porsche's philosophy of performance without compromise.

"Porsche is the brand for those who follow their dreams. We craft vehicles that epitomize freedom and independence, fueled by a legacy of excellence."

Those values echoed throughout the production as an international cast of models and actors collaborated to create imagery that blurred the lines between editorial fashion and cinematic storytelling.

Leading the creative vision was Brian Metcalf, whose career in film has been built around compelling narratives and visually rich productions. Rather than approaching the editorial as a conventional fashion shoot, Metcalf infused each frame with the atmosphere and emotion typically associated with the silver screen, allowing every photograph to feel like a scene from a feature film.

The project was produced by Kelly Arjen, whose attention to detail ensured every element of the production came together seamlessly, while Paris Runway Official coordinated international media and press coverage, documenting the collaboration as an example of how fashion continues to evolve beyond the runway.

The production also showcased the work of visionary designers whose collections reflected the same spirit of innovation.

Among them was No Sesso, the groundbreaking Los Angeles fashion house recognized for redefining contemporary fashion through inclusivity, artistic expression, and community-driven storytelling. Since its founding in 2015, the label has become one of the industry's most influential creative voices, becoming the first trans-led brand to present on the official New York Fashion Week calendar and later earning recognition as a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist. Their designs have been worn by artists including SZA, Lizzo, Erykah Badu, and Kelela, cementing the brand's reputation for fearless creativity.

Joining the production was Luna Fashion House, represented in the United States by Margareta Petrovic, Founder of Amaretta LLC and President of Luna Fashion House USA. The collection brought sophisticated tailoring and contemporary elegance to the editorial, complementing Porsche's sculptural automotive design with refined luxury fashion.

Together, the designers demonstrated that fashion and automotive design speak remarkably similar creative languages. Both demand extraordinary craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.

The editorial also featured an accomplished cast of international talent, including actor Mark Pellegrino, widely recognized for his work in Dexter, Supernatural, and Lost, alongside models Anya Marcon, Olivia Gear, Elise Brisco, and Kimmarie Johnson. Their diverse backgrounds brought authenticity and depth to a production that celebrated collaboration across fashion, film, and entertainment.

Actor Mark Pellegrino

Los Angeles has always been a city where creative industries naturally intersect. Film inspires fashion. Fashion influences cinema. Automotive design informs architecture. Together, they shape a culture driven by innovation and artistic expression.

This editorial became a reflection of that uniquely Los Angeles spirit.

Model Olivia Gear

Rather than existing as separate disciplines, fashion and film complemented one another throughout the production. Every garment became part of a character's story. Every Porsche became more than an automobile but it became a symbol of ambition, freedom, and performance. Every frame was composed with the visual language of cinema while maintaining the refinement of luxury editorial photography.

Model Kimmarie Johnson

For Paris Runway Official, the collaboration represents a continued commitment to telling stories that extend beyond the runway.

As fashion increasingly intersects with film, luxury, technology, and contemporary culture, projects like this demonstrate the power of creative partnerships to build narratives that resonate across industries. It is no longer simply about showcasing beautiful clothing or iconic automobiles—it is about creating moments that inspire.

When fashion embraces cinematic storytelling, every image becomes more than a photograph.

It becomes a story waiting to be told.
