Paris Runway Official spends the evening with Alexandra Grecco in SoHo

Alexandra Grecco's much-anticipated bridal collection, Reverie, debuted with ethereal beauty at New York Bridal Fashion Week in April 2025, offering an elegant, dreamlike vision that celebrates surrealism and refined elegance. With Reverie, Grecco has created a breathtaking homage to the artistry of Man Ray, the romanticism of the 1920s and '30s, and the sculptural beauty of the fashion greats... Madame Grès, Madeleine Vionnet, and Paul Poiret.

The collection presents a stunning fusion of the past and present, merging sculptural draping with delicate, vintage-inspired details. From the fluidity of silk chiffon to the clean, modern lines of silk taffeta, Reverie captures a timeless grace. Grecco’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship is evident in the thoughtful selection of fabrics such as signature silk crepe, crepe back satin, and silk chiffon... blending softness with strength. New solids, including crisp silk taffeta and shantung, inject a contemporary edge to this otherwise romantic collection.

Warm ivory tones and off-white shades bring an inviting glow to the collection, with delicate French laces, antique-inspired scalloped details, and vintage laces embellishing veils and select gowns, offering a sense of nostalgic luxury.

"This collection came from a place of reverie... those quiet, otherworldly, dreamlike moments that feel suspended in time," shares Alexandra Grecco, Designer and Founder. "I was deeply inspired by the surrealist artists and designers of the early 20th century who weren’t afraid to challenge structure, shape, and tradition. There’s a softness to each look, but also a sense of intention and strength, much like the women we design for."

In a parallel celebration of creativity, Grecco also introduced the Demi-Couture collection, an exclusive release available at her SoHo flagship location. Building upon the brand’s core aesthetics, the collection explores fresh fabrications like silk taffeta, silk wool, and silk tulle, presented in a soft palette of ballet pink and powder blue. With tailored silhouettes and subtle textural details such as a silk wool suit paired with a matching bralette and a corseted cage dress adorned with baby’s breath embroidery. The collection offers a sophisticated contrast to the softness of Reverie.

Each piece from Demi-Couture is a labor of love, meticulously crafted by hand in New York City’s Garment District. The range of items includes a reimagined bias-cut gown, layered with corded lace and swirling satin ribbons, reflecting Grecco’s commitment to creating garments that marry artistry with wearability.

For those who seek something beyond the conventional, Alexandra Grecco’s Reverie and Demi-Couture collections offer a breathtaking exploration of bridal fashion that is as timeless as it is innovative.... an invitation to live out a dreamlike fantasy on one of life’s most extraordinary days.
