Paris Runway Official & Harper’s Bazaar Team Up to Highlight 5 Designers at London Fashion Week
London Fashion Week is preparing to welcome a new wave of international creativity as Paris Runway Official teams up with Harper’s Bazaar to highlight five designers continuing a year-long effort to discover and bring greater visibility to emerging and independent fashion talent.
Over the past year, Paris Runway Official has dedicated its London team to identifying designers whose work deserves a larger editorial stage. The focus goes beyond documenting what happens on the runway; it is about discovering talent, telling the stories behind the collections and introducing designers to audiences beyond Fashion Week.
"Our team has worked incredibly hard to continue the efforts of the British Fashion Council... which is to bring designers, creatives, models and new perspectives to London Fashion Week. Over the years, London has become a show that has decreased in attendance and media coverage - but with the help of the British Fashion Council's new plan that launched in 2025, as well as efforts made from within the industry like our Producer, Sangeetha Menon and Assistant, Gena Martin... Through its London coverage, Paris Runway Official has continued to develop opportunities for designers to gain visibility through international fashion media, including Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Glamour, Grazia and more. They have also done the same for models, makeup artist, backstage sponsors, producers, photographers, stylist,, etc. The goal is to bring creatives together in London for the future of fashion to grow in London and thrive like it did many years ago.
This season, that mission turns its attention to five designers, each bringing a distinctive perspective to London Fashion Week.

London-based Aql&Nafs brings Afghan heritage into a contemporary luxury conversation. Founded by Afghan twins, the label celebrates traditional craftsmanship through a modern lens, with particular attention to the iconic Afghan coat. For Paris Runway Official, the project represents something larger than five collections.
Its London team has spent the past year searching for new and emerging talent with stories worth telling, creating opportunities to place designers in front of fashion editors, media and new audiences while documenting the creativity taking place beyond the industry's largest established houses.
That commitment will continue throughout London Fashion Week as Paris Runway Official and Harper’s Bazaar highlight these five designers and the collections they bring to the city.
London has long been a Fashion Week where established names and emerging voices can coexist... and where experimentation, heritage and individuality are given room to command attention.

The greater risk would be never giving that vision the opportunity to exist. To silence creativity before it has the chance to become art. To choose what is familiar instead of discovering what could come next.
That is a risk we are not willing to take.
We are willing, however, to take a chance on talent that deserves to be seen... to put emerging designers and creatives in front of our media partners and give their work the opportunity to reach beyond the runway. Because fashion cannot move forward if we are only willing to spotlight the names we already know.
