NYFW Bridal Returns October 13–15: The Schedule and Buyer Guide

New York’s next concentrated fashion calendar arrives October 13–15, when NYFW Bridal brings designers, buyers and press back together for three days of collection launches and market appointments.

Confirmed: The Council of Fashion Designers of America has published the official October 2026 schedule. This edition includes milestone seasons for Watters, Caroline Castigliano, Mark Ingram Bride and SPINA Bride, plus the return of Vivienne Westwood Bridal and seven new names on the CFDA calendar.

The official dates and headline additions

The official program runs Tuesday, October 13 through Thursday, October 15. CFDA identifies the following first-time additions to its schedule: Atelier Arielle, Barrientos, Blue Willow by Anne Barge, Mia Atelier, Ugochi Iwuaba, Vionnette Bridal and Yellow by Sahar.

The calendar also marks four anniversaries:

  • Watters: 40 years
  • Caroline Castigliano: 35 years
  • Mark Ingram Bride: 25 years
  • SPINA Bride: 10 years

These milestones matter editorially because bridal businesses often build authority over long retail cycles rather than a single viral season. Anniversary collections give press and buyers a concrete lens for evaluating heritage, customer evolution and the next phase of a brand.

Three buyer markets to map separately

NYFW Bridal is an umbrella moment, but the official CFDA schedule and the city’s wholesale markets are not interchangeable. Buyers should register with each organizer and confirm appointment requirements directly.

One Fine Day Bridal Market

One Fine Day is scheduled for October 13–15 on Level 4 of the Starrett-Lehigh Building, 601 West 26th Street. The organizer describes the edition as its tenth anniversary in New York and lists a broad international roster. Guillermo Pharis Bridal is among the participating names, making the market particularly relevant for followers of Paris Runway Official’s designer network.

Mélange de Blanc

Mélange de Blanc will operate on the third floor of the same building from October 13–15. The organizer also lists an invitation-only “Celebrate” event for October 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Its published materials use two different scale descriptions—“over 65” designers and brands in one section and “45+” in another. Buyers should rely on the live exhibitor list and direct confirmations rather than treating either number as a final attendance count.

Union Couture New York

Union Couture is scheduled for October 13–15 at Lotte New York Palace. Its listed designers include Gemy Maalouf, Halfpenny London, Saiid Kobeisy and Yolancris, among others. The venue creates a separate midtown appointment cluster from the Chelsea markets.

A practical three-day plan for buyers and press

The following is Paris Runway Official analysis, not an official schedule recommendation.

Build the trip in geographic blocks. Starrett-Lehigh appointments can be paired on the same day because One Fine Day and Mélange de Blanc occupy adjacent floors. Reserve a separate block for Union Couture and any midtown showroom appointments. This reduces transit risk and leaves enough time for conversations that often run beyond a standard presentation slot.

Before arriving, request line sheets, price architecture, delivery windows and minimum-order terms. For press, ask whether photography is permitted and when collection images are cleared for publication. The runway or presentation may produce the visual headline, but delivery dates and retail positioning usually determine whether a collection becomes useful business coverage.

A strong appointment schedule should also include newer names. The seven CFDA additions offer discovery value, while anniversary brands provide institutional context. Balancing both creates a more accurate picture of the bridal market than concentrating only on the largest presentations.

How this differs from the September ready-to-wear calendar

Bridal week serves a more specialized buying cycle than the September ready-to-wear season. Paris Runway Official’s guide to navigating NYFW’s larger activation calendar explains the pressures of a sprawling general-fashion schedule. Bridal week is shorter, but its overlapping appointments can be just as operationally demanding.

The distinction between an official schedule appearance and a trade-market booth should remain clear in coverage. Both are valuable, but they signal different formats. Editors should label whether a collection was shown through CFDA’s schedule, presented at an independent market or viewed in a private appointment.

What to verify before traveling

  • Confirm each appointment and its exact venue with the organizer or brand.
  • Check whether attendance is restricted to verified buyers, retailers or accredited press.
  • Review the live schedule for late changes before each day begins.
  • Ask brands for embargoes and image-use terms before publishing.

With three concentrated days and multiple organizers, advance planning will determine how much of the market teams can realistically cover. The opportunity is substantial: established bridal businesses are marking major anniversaries while new labels enter the official New York conversation.
