Ibiza Swim Week returns for the second consecutive year with 18 designers from around the globe
For the second consecutive year, this June 20, Ibiza Swim Week lands on the white island to make a display of swimwear fashion of 18 firms from around the world. A format that lands in the Mediterranean from Miami and New York, international meccas of swimwear fashion, in a second edition that almost doubles the number of participating brands.
The Hotel Aguas de Ibiza, located in Santa Eulalia, once again becomes the enclave that will host this international appointment with swimwear fashion, to turn the white island, a key point of the Spanish geography for its connections with different parts of the world, into an epicenter of swimwear fashion for the European continent with the parade of 17 firms—seven more than in its previous edition.
Aventura Swimwear, Super Aloha (Hawaii), Cocora Shop (Colombia), House of Mcless (UK), Origin of Oceans (USA), Ellas (Brazil), Mary Rose Resortwear (France), Sajara Lozano (Colombia), Top Knot Swim (Canada), Princess Rio (Brazil), Trigana (Colombia), Evita Swim (United States), MLC Swimwear (New York) will make up this second edition, which will be joined by local firms from Ibiza with the firms Entremares, Acuarela, and La Isla.

From Miami and New York to Ibiza:
“From the first time I participated in New York and Miami Swim Week, it was clear to me that I wanted to bring the format, because they are platforms for firms that work with garments with optimal quality and tailoring and, above all, because they provide exposure to brands from anywhere in the world,” explains designer and entrepreneur Nía Vásquez, behind the project.
For this edition, Vasquez has secured the official casting of these catwalks from the United States, replicating the format under the same criteria: a selection of firms that work with current designs and adhere to high-quality standards in materials and manufacturing processes.

Nía Vásquez, from the influence of Céline to tailor-made swimwear couture
Influenced since her childhood by Julian Neale, designer at Céline and partner of one of her closest relatives, the entrepreneur's love affair with fashion had an impact on her first memories. Trained in business management and marketing, she specializes in fashion and luxury.
In this field, she works in the fashion weeks of Madrid and Paris by the hand of stylists such as Omaima Salem, behind some of the most prestigious campaigns of firms such as Jacquemus, besides being one of the first prescribers in Spain of digital influence formats.
In 2019 she founds Cocora Shop, to create a custom swimwear fashion brand, in garments designed for everyday summer, but also for special events: from parties to weddings on the beach in pieces made by hand by Colombian seamstresses, experts in manufacturing swimwear pieces known internationally for favoring and bringing comfort to swimwear fashion.
Ibiza, Mallorca, the United States, Colombia, and Brazil have become physical points of sale for the brand, always in spaces such as Beach Clubs dedicated to luxury.
