Haleigh Schroth: From Tampa to the Runway - Rising Talent Set to Take on New York Fashion Week

Ambitious, grounded, and fiercely driven, Haleigh Schroth is proving that passion and perseverance can turn dreams into reality. The Tampa-based model is set to walk the New York Fashion Week runways this February which is her latest milestone in a journey defined by determination, creativity, and confidence.

From the Field to the Runway

Before captivating audiences on the catwalk, Haleigh made her mark as a Division I lacrosse player, earning both her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. Her competitive edge and relentless work ethic, honed through athletics, now fuel her modeling career. “I love challenging myself,” she says. “I set goals and work until I achieve them. I’m always striving to grow.”

Runway to Reality

Haleigh’s runway debut came at the What She Said event in Miami, followed by major appearances at Miami Swim Week, where she walked for eight designers and completed 12 looks. Since then, she’s lit up New York Swim Week, The Bureau Fashion Week, and International Heritage Fashion Week, even closing shows with standout finale moments including wearing angel wings for designer Chrissy King.

Now, after being selected by The Strut to walk New York Fashion Week with all expenses paid, she’s stepping onto one of the world’s biggest fashion stages with Paris Runway Official by her side.

Beyond Fashion

When she’s not walking the runway, Haleigh works full-time as an MMA Sales Executive for ICE Mortgage Technology, proving that women can excel in both tech and fashion. She’s also passionate about mentoring the next generation where is volunteering to speak with middle and high school students about women in technology, encouraging them to dream bigger.

Her belief is simple: “You do good, you get good.” It’s a motto that has guided her both professionally and personally... a reminder that hard work and kindness open doors.

Looking Ahead

Haleigh’s sights are already set on the international stage from Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks to Dubai and Ibiza Swim Week. Each goal represents not just ambition, but a belief that women can truly do it all.

“Purpose is about following your path and trusting it,” she reflects. “Right now, mine is to keep creating, keep growing, and keep showing what’s possible when you believe in yourself.”
