Getting to know REVLON's newest fresh face, Izzy Taylor
As 2025 started, our agency has opened its doors once again to a few hand select influencers to join our agency. In 2024, we welcomed just 16 influencers into our agency to attend fashion week events, walk on the runway if they wished at Fashion Week, to attend designer events, red carpets and of course, work with our productions teams, designers, runway shows, catwalks, brands, boutiques, department stores, etc. throughout the globe. To date, we have had more than half of the 16 who were selected walk on the runway at Fashion Week in various cities across the globe including New York City, London, Milan, Paris, Sydney, Miami, LA, etc.

Just in New York City alone, which ran its fashion week from February 6-9th, 2025 - our influencers attended more than 20 runway shows including the beautiful Berta show on opening night (Feb 6) as well as the Oh Polly show in late 2024.

This year, we opened our agency doors from January 1st-February 5th to influencers to have the opportunity to be 'sponsored' and enter our agency once again. This means, that each influencer had to sponsored by a brand or designer to enter our agency to ensure that the influencer would have success, have tickets to runway shows, etc. as the brand or designer would be sponsoring them to ensure they did receive such treatment. Our Agency will not have any other openings until Swim Week in May, as well as one final chance to enter into the agency in August and September when The BIG 4 return again for Fashion Week in NYC, London, Milan and Paris in September and October 2025. Our designers again will select a hand few of influencers to enter the agency and attend their shows, receive promotional items, a PR package, free press and media, etc.
MISS LANCASHIRE 2025 FINALIST WILL PROMOTE THE REVLON BRAND & ATTEND RUNWAY SHOWS, HAVE HER SHOT AT WALKING ON THE RUNWAY IN NYC, PARIS, MILAN, LONDON, LA, MIAMI AND MORE
In January, a young lady from England caught our eye when headhunting for the REVLON brand. Our agency, had promotional products from the beauty giant and was searching for what we thought would be a great, new fresh face to send the REVLON products too.
Izzy Taylor, who is a Miss Lancashire Finalist from the United Kingdom, caught our eye as she had some recent experience on the catwalk. She was selected to not only cast for Fashion Week shows and receive VIP invitations to events, but also to attend red carpet events and receive a promotional package with REVLON products and another partner of ours, OLIVE YOUNG, which is a Korean Skincare company that we have been loving.
Let's get to know Izzy:
Tell us a little about yourself and how you found yourself having a desire for fashion and posting it online?

My name is Izzy Taylor, I am 20 years old, and I am currently studying law whilst also running my own business development consultancy. In addition to that, I am a model and a pageant participant. My modelling journey has been such a fulfilling experience so far, and I have had the opportunity to work in various styles including bridal, fashion, and fitness, along with hair and makeup. I am really enjoying how diverse the world of modelling is and the creative expression it allows me to explore.
Fashion is something that expresses individual personality, culture and creativity and my experiences in modelling have only deepened that passion.
Fashion is such a powerful form of self-expression—it allows you to communicate who you are before you even say a word. I think it is amazing to share your unique style and ideas online, connecting with others who appreciate the same things.
My love for fashion began with my tendency to dress a bit differently from others. When I was younger, I would never leave the house without wearing a bold, 'bombshell' style outfit. It gave me the confidence to walk with my head held high, and that is how I discovered my passion for fashion. Sharing it online came naturally through my modelling and pageant experiences, where I started posting about the brands I was working with and the exciting projects in which I was involved.
How would you describe your style and define it?
If I had to describe my style, I think I would say it is a bit like a chameleon—ever-evolving, adaptive, and influenced by all kinds of vibes. I love how fashion can be a reflection of mood, personality, and even deeper stories. If I were to define it, I would say it is an eclectic mix—one day it might lean towards minimal and clean, the next bolder and more experimental. I think there is a lot of beauty in blending different elements, whether that is contrasting textures, colors, or styles.
For me, the fun part of fashion is experimenting and pushing boundaries. There is also an appreciation for balance—mixing classic pieces with modern trends and even finding joy in vintage or second-hand clothing. Ultimately, it is about finding what makes you feel good and building a look that’s uniquely yours.
I would say my style leans most closely towards boho chic, though I mix in elements from other styles too. I have a few key pieces in my wardrobe that fit that vibe, but I love blending them with different looks. I would also describe myself as an autumn, as those rich, warm tones are definitely the ones I feel most drawn to.
What is your favourite thing about the influencer industry?
What I love about the influencer industry is how authenticity and creativity truly shine. Unlike traditional media, influencers connect with their audience by sharing personal stories and offering relatable, genuine perspectives, which keeps followers engaged. They also shape trends in their own unique way, highlighting fashion, beauty, and lifestyle in a way that reflects their individuality. This diversity exposes audiences to ideas and cultures often overlooked by mainstream advertising.
Additionally, the influencer space fosters a sense of community. It is not just about selling products but about sharing a vibe or message that people want to be part of. There is also a strong emphasis on empowerment, inspiring others to take creative risks, boost their confidence, or pursue their passions.
What is your greatest desire? What would you like to accomplish in your lifetime professionally within the influencer industry?
My greatest desire is to inspire and connect people through fashion and self-expression, creating positive change in the process. I want to empower others to embrace their unique styles and identities, free from societal expectations. Whether through creative content or promoting sustainable practices, my goal is to leave a lasting impact on both the fashion industry and the people I connect with.
I aim to be part of a movement that makes fashion a space for everyone to express themselves without fear of judgment. Collaborating with both established brands and up-and-coming designers to champion these values is something I would love to do, all while creating content that encourages people to think outside the box and explore their personal style.
I also want to help reshape how influencers are viewed—shifting the focus from merely selling products to fostering genuine, supportive communities. My dream is to build a space where fashion and creativity can thrive in a mindful, responsible way, leaving behind a legacy that inspires authenticity and connection.
