BON DE PHO: Romanticism, Power, & the Return of Intentional Dressing will debut at London Fashion Week
This February, Bon de Pho will present its latest work at London Fashion Week, unveiling a deeply romantic vision of modern femininity on February 19 at St John’s, Hyde Park. Presented in collaboration with Fashion Week and the City and Paris Runway Official, the show marks a defining moment for the emerging fashion house where it is rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and emotional resonance.

For the runway, the designer will present ten looks drawn from two interconnected worlds: five pieces from Her Grace and five from an upcoming collection, Gaia’s Garden. Together, the collections reflect an era when women were openly idolized, when clothing functioned as a symbol of beauty, status, and reverence. In contrast to today’s expansive definitions of womanhood where fashion is no longer the sole marker of identity... Bon de Pho revisits a time when intentional dressing carried weight, meaning, and power.

Romantic by nature and deeply inspired by film, fairytales, and historical heroines, the designer approaches fashion as emotional language. Gowns and silhouettes are shaped by a love for storytelling and a fascination with belief particularly the way costume transforms presence and perception. While conscious of the complex feminist dialogue surrounding beauty and adornment, the collection embraces what contemporary culture often discourages: grandeur, softness, and excess. These pieces are a celebration of women being admired, cared for, and fought for without apology.
Based in Greater Manchester, the brand draws less from its immediate surroundings and more from Britain’s rich historical legacy... echoes of queens, princesses, and kingdoms woven together with influences from historic French and Spanish fashion. Greek mythology also plays a subtle yet powerful role, infusing the designs with an ethereal quality that feels both ancient and timeless. References to iconic silhouettes such as Dior’s Bar jacket and Chanel’s tweed ensembles underscore Bon de Pho’s belief that elegance and polish should feel accessible, even in everyday life. Two-piece sets, refined separates, and one-piece dresses are designed to offer beauty with ease, intention without complication.

Each Bon de Pho piece is made to order and available exclusively through the brand’s website, bondepho.com, ensuring a thoughtful, sustainable approach to production. Rather than mass manufacturing, the brand is built around craftsmanship, patience, and purpose allowing each garment to be created with care and meaning.
For the designer, the runway is not simply about presentation but it is about transformation. Watching a garment change the way a woman carries herself, instilling confidence and pride, is the true reward. Long-term, Bon de Pho envisions growing into a fashion house composed of multiple designers, united by a made-to-order philosophy and a shared commitment to sustainability through intention, not excess.

With another London presentation already planned for September, Bon de Pho continues to carve out a space where fashion is not just worn but felt. At its heart, the brand stands for something enduring: the belief that beauty, imagination, and femininity are not weaknesses, but powerful forces worthy of celebration.
