Bōda Bridal’s “She Is the Moment” Collection Brings a New Era of Bridal Elegance to Denver Fashion Week

She Is the Moment, the latest couture bridal line from visionary designers Destrie Dee and Paula Strasburg of Bōda Bridal, isn’t just a statement... it’s a celebration of the woman who redefines what it means to walk with grace, presence, and power.
Every piece in the collection echoes a sentiment: the bride is not just part of the scene... she is the scene. “This collection is a tribute to the bride who is unapologetically herself,” Destrie and Paula share. “Confident, radiant, unforgettable. She doesn’t just wear the moment... she is the moment.”

Inspired by the countless brides they’ve dressed over the years... each with her own story, light, and magic. The designers also wove their love for travel into every thread. Think refined Parisian silhouettes, rich Italian textures, and the star-kissed glamour of vintage Hollywood. The result? A collection steeped in sophistication and shaped by global influences. The runway designer closed the Runway Show for the Bridal series at Denver Fashion Week. This was their first Runway Show with Denver Fashion Week and what an honor to have to also close the presentation.
From luxuriously draped silky satins to sculptural mikado, textured tulles, and custom embroidery kissed with delicate beading, each gown was crafted to move with effortless drama. “We wanted fabric to become the language — showing light, contrast, and movement,” the designers explain. “Our pieces are designed to photograph like a dream and wear like a second skin.”
