Aventura Swimwear Closes Ibiza Swim Week with a Powerful Statement of Sustainable Luxury

Ibiza, Spain - June 22, 2025 - Aventura Swimwear brought the evening to a breathtaking close at Ibiza Swim Week on June 20th, delivering a 16-look runway presentation that tied coastal elegance with cutting-edge sustainability. As the final brand to grace the runway on Friday night at Ibiza Swim Week, Aventura Swimwear came with an intent to not only showcase its swimwear but to showcase a conscious effort and commitment to ocean conservation.

Founded by Croatian entrepreneur and marine science advocate Erik Leutar, Aventura Swimwear has quickly emerged as a standout name in eco-luxury fashion. Each piece in the Ibiza collection was handcrafted in Italy using Econyl®, a regenerated nylon made from ocean waste such as discarded fishing nets and industrial plastics. This nylon reduces the global warming impact of nylon by up to 90% compared to petroleum-based nylon. This ethical innovation reflects the brand’s mission to protect and honor the seas that inspire it.

“Closing the show in Ibiza, a destination known for its deep connection to the sea, felt deeply symbolic,” said Erik. "Aventura Swimwear is for women who want to feel empowered, elegant, and responsible. Ibiza was the perfect place to showcase just how important being responsible is as we presented our collection with the Mediterranean Sea surrounding us on the Runway."
