Art Hearts Fashion Show - New York Fashion Week Review & Rundown

Art Hearts Fashion, renowned for its inclusivity in the fashion industry, raised the standard once more at this season's New York Fashion Week in the city that never sleeps, NYC. Their presentations took place from September 5-8, 2024, at the historic Angel Orensanz Foundation, where the event featured the presentations of more than 35 international designers on a catwalk, honoring diversity, innovation, and artistic expression.

The Show reminded the audience of why we love fashion. There was color, there was a dark side, there was absolute glam, there was collaborations, there was beauty and detail in the pieces - along with hats that took us back in time and history. "It was a ride that we all wanted to take" says Brit Olivia, the producer for the firm. "Art Hearts Fashion Shows have been a show that we are all now wanting to get into and view. As it is full of surprises with its guest and celebrity models, along with its fashion from designers that deserve a larger platform to be seen and viewed from. My plan is to continue to cover such a great show and introduce it to the designers we work with."

"The Show's energy was exactly for New York City. The designers came ready to present and you could just feel it through their presentations. The show was filled with over 35 designers over a course of 4 days. The Art Hearts Fashion Week began on September 5th with its last show on Sunday, September 8th" says Brit.

This season's lineup showcased a mix of established and up-and-coming designers, featuring collections from Alycesaundral, Amara, Anthony Rubio, Asta Razma, Atelier Ola Sol, Bad Pink, Bad Sisters, Carlos Pineda, Cross Colours, Danny Nguyen Couture, Daniela Pena, Dave, Diana Couture, Drisha’s Closet, For the Stars, Galit Levi x Montecristi NYC, Giannina Azar, Jesus De La Garsa, Joseph Auren, NIFD Global x London School of Trends, Love for Upcycling, Pellone Collection x Zardouzee, Michelle Espinoza, Milla Stone, Mister Triple X, SVLIM, The Black Tape Project, Urban Palais, Victor Mudhe, Vizcarra, Wanda Beauchamp, and Zeus & Lexi Kids.

The event's glamour was amplified by the celebrities on the runway. Dream Kardashian notably walked for Zeus & Lexi Kids which took the audience for a surprise, with her mother, Blac Chyna, by her side. Her Father is the famous Robert Kardashian, who we did not see at the show.

Actor Omari Hardwick also made an impression, modeling for Victor Mudhe. With a guest list of celebrities, influencers, and media moguls, Art Hearts Fashion once again stood out as a highlight of NYFW.

"The Show was not only at a beautiful location but was beautifully presented and operated at such a high level" continues Brit Olivia, the Producer for the Firm. "The models were all confident and showcased the clothing and designs with expression and authenticity, along with seeing some new faces like woman in pageantry really stepping in to model this year, models of all ages, race, etc., I love that this show lets the designers stay true to their art and what makes them an authentic creator.  You can see it in the designs, models, etc. The show is unique."

Angel Orensanz Foundation

The Venue - Artist Angel Orensanz purchased the property using it as his studio, eventually transforming it into a neighborhood architectural monument as well as an art and community center. Art Hearts Fashion converted the 7,000 square foot location into a catwalk that hundreds of guests were able to preview their designers in the lower city of Manhattan over New York Fashion Week.

Thank you to Art Hearts for another successful fashion show and event. We will see you at their next show!
